my friends and i have always lamented the absence of clutch pedals in our racing games. the ps2 got a wheel that reacted to road conditions making it easier/harder to turn. with 2009 e3 reports coming in, microsoft finally dished about forza motorsport’s third entry into the realistic racing genre and reported on a wheel made by fanatec that comes with a six-speed shifter and a clutch.
forza 2 gave gran turismo a run for its money with realistic visuals and play, so i didn’t get too excited, at first, about a sequel. this accessory makes it worth it — i’m definitely going to be keeping an eye out for reviews of this.
